Live checkpoint monitoring
Real-time vehicle passage registration with visual and audio alerts for flagged, stolen or expired-coverage vehicles.
Proactive investigation
Search by plate, date, checkpoint. Complete investigative dossier with passage summary and aggregated data. Blacklist for stolen or surveilled vehicles.
Real-time CED verification
At every passage the system automatically queries MCTC. Insurance (art. 193), MOT (art. 80), theft and SIVES verified instantly.
Verification batches
The agent creates batches by date range and alarm type. Manual validation with double lookup: event at transit and assessment at confirmation.
Export for enforcement
Complete CSV with frames, event and assessment lookups, plate data. Built-in duplicate prevention. Ready for import into Verbalium or other software.
Dashboard & statistics

Cerberum Patrol
Dynamic vehicle-mounted capture system. ANPR cameras installed on patrol vehicles scanning plates while driving. Real-time CED verification during patrol.
Immediate contestation
Following identification — fixed or mobile — the officer contests immediately on tablet. Vehicle sighting, alarm data, lookup: the violation notice is issued on the spot.

Detection
The vehicle passes through a fixed checkpoint or is detected by the Patrol system on a patrol vehicle. ANPR recognises the plate in milliseconds.

Automatic CED verification
The system immediately queries MCTC. Insurance, MOT, theft verified in real time. Alarm generated automatically if anomaly detected.

Assessment and validation
The agent creates a verification batch, reviews the frame, verifies the plate-lookup match and validates the event. Double lookup: event + assessment.

Contestation
Immediate contestation on tablet following vehicle sighting. Or CSV export for deferred contestation via enforcement software.

Export and closure
The completed batch is exported with all data, frames and lookups. Built-in duplicate prevention. Direct import into Verbalium or other software.
